GymGreeter is a product of ApexaFlow ("ApexaFlow," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use gymgreeter.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you book a demo or contact us — through our scheduling tool or by email — we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, gym or business name, and anything you tell us.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we may collect device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and similar — through cookies and analytics tools.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use first- and third-party cookies and pixels to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising. These may include:

• Google Analytics — site traffic and usage measurement.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure and optimize advertising on Meta platforms.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag — to measure and optimize advertising on LinkedIn.

How we use your information

• To respond to demo requests and communicate with you;

• Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies.

Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it.

Children

This site is intended for gym owners and operators and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
