These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gymgreeter.com and the GymGreeter service, provided by ApexaFlow ("ApexaFlow," "we," "us"). By using the site or booking a demo, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

GymGreeter is an AI website assistant for gyms and fitness businesses that answers visitor questions, books trials and consultations, and passes inquiries to your team. This website provides information about the service and lets you book a demo.

2. Demos and bookings

When you book a demo, you agree to provide accurate information. A demo is an informational call and does not create any ongoing obligation on either side until a separate service agreement is in place.

3. Pricing and subscriptions

GymGreeter is offered on monthly plans (indicatively $97, $247, and $497 per month). Pricing shown on this site is indicative; your exact plan, setup, and any applicable terms are confirmed when you sign up. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise in your service agreement, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The site, the GymGreeter and ApexaFlow names and logos, and all related content are owned by ApexaFlow and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. The sample gym shown on the site is fictional and for demonstration only.

6. Third-party services

The site links to or relies on third-party services (for example, scheduling and analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties; their own terms and policies apply.

7. Disclaimers

The site and any demo are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Demonstrations are illustrative and may not reflect your gym's exact configuration or results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApexaFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ApexaFlow harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
